Where does S+ ship to?

S+ ships worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We offer a standard shipping option which is as cost-friendly as possible and an express shipping option if you are really excited to get your new S+ products.

How long will it take to get my order?

Packaging: We aim to ship within 2-3 days of placing the order.

Shipping: We ship with Chunghwa Post Service for International Standard Shipping and DHL for Express Shipping. Please allow 14-30 business days for Standard delivery, while Express delivery will take 3-5 days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched including a tracking number.
