Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to S+ for a full refund within 7 days of the receiving date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have purchased a S+ product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Returning Process

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll share an address with you for our warehouse in Taiwan. Customer is responsible for paying shipping, duties and taxes for the returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We work very hard to produce products of the highest quality, but mistakes do happen. If you experienced a defect, we’re really sorry about that, but we’re here to help. 

Please contact us at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to request for an exchange is to contact our team at and our team will suggest a solution.


Once your return is received we will notify you and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please understand it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
